PROCESS
STEP 1 - SCHEDULE A FITTING
Schedule one of our haberdashers to come to you for a fitting. You can schedule either by phone, email or our contact form on this site. We will do a quick pre-consult either by phone or email to discuss your needs and timeline.

Initial fittings generally run 1 to 1.5 hours to go over materials and design details.
STEP 2 - MEASUREMENT FITTING
Our Haberdashers will be there for all of your needs. They will assist you with your creations from start to finish. You will be guided through choosing fabrics and selecting styles to customizing those special accents which will make your garment unique. No detail on your garment will be left untouched.​

All of your body measurements and details will be taken to ensure a close to perfect fit.

Our general turnaround time is 4-6 weeks before your Delivery Fitting.
*In certain circumstances, we can expedite production of your order if our current production load will allow - Just ask!

STEP 3 - DELIVERY FITTING
Once you are measured up and have chosen the design of your garment(s), all you have to do is sit back and relax and No. 33 will take care of all the rest. Once completed, we will hand deliver your order and conduct a delivery fitting.

Often times, especially with first orders, fine tuning adjustments may be needed to really dial in the perfect fit. We will take care of any needed adjustments and either bring the suit back for another fitting or ship the suit to your doorstep. All needed adjustments are included with your order.

Ultimately, we guarantee that your garments will arrive and fit perfectly. If for some reason you are not happy with the fit or quality craftsmanship of your creation, No. 33 will fix the issue or provide you a full refund. It's that simple.
